As a Chronic Pain Practitioner, Mind-Body Coach, Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and YogaBody Breath Coach, my mission is to help others uncover their own innate healing capabilities, just as I did.

A way where you can transform your mind and body through TMS Recovery Coaching and Somatic Experiencing Sessions.

Together, we’ll retrain your brain’s pathways, reframing negative beliefs, and deepening your understanding of TMS principles. My process not only aims to relieve physical symptoms but also empowers you in every area of your life, fostering self-love, self-compassion, and a deep sense of worth.

From Pain to Purpose: My Journey of Healing and Empowerment

My name is Laura Haraka, and I’m not only a mother of two amazing daughters, but also a woman who has walked the difficult path of chronic pain and found healing where I least expected it. For 15 years, I embraced my role as a stay-at-home mom, supporting my daughters as a soccer and cheerleading mom, while preparing to return to work after a long hiatus. But in May of 2015, everything changed. That date is etched in my memory as the day that pain took over my life.

It started as what I thought was a simple UTI, but visit after visit to doctors across the country yielded no diagnosis and no relief. For four years, I battled excruciating pelvic pain that affected every aspect of my life—my relationships with my family, friends, and my daughters. I felt lost, desperate, and defeated.

The Breakthrough: Discovering Breathwork

Just when I thought there was no hope, I stumbled upon a book called The Presence Process. It introduced me to conscious connected breathing, and although I didn’t know it at the time, this simple technique would be the key to unlocking my healing. I dedicated myself to breathwork, practicing it twice a day for three months. Little by little, I began to notice changes. The intensity of my pain began to shift, and soon I was able to experience life with less and less pain. What started as a daily practice evolved into something far deeper—a connection to my breath, my body, and my spirit.

This transformative experience didn’t just reduce my pain; it changed the trajectory of my life. Today, I live a full, vibrant life, free from the chronic pain that once held me captive. I felt such a strong calling to share this life-altering modality with others that I began teaching breathwork, even before I had formal training. Now, I’m pursuing certification as a breathwork facilitator, eager to spread the healing power of breath to as many people as possible.

The pain I endured shaped me, but it didn’t define me. Instead, it led me to a place of purpose, where I now share the tools that have empowered me to live pain-free.
