What is included

We hold stress not just in our minds, but in our bodies. That’s why this workshop goes beyond traditional mental strategies and incorporates mind-body practices to release the tension stored physically. This holistic approach is what sets us apart.

Our compassionate and honest approach will guide you through exercises that honor your entire being—body, mind, and spirit—allowing you to fully transform your mindset and embody confidence and self-worth.

Each week we will meet for 90 minutes to discuss a topic over zoom. Each week will include a workbook to follow along with strategies, meditations, breathworks. journal prompts and somatic tools. If you can not make a class it will be recorded. We will have some weeks for integration of tools. During those weeks you will practice what you have learned and we will give you supplemental materials.

What to Know Before
the Workshop

Here’s how to prepare for the workshop:

  • This is a two-part series, and attendance for both sessions is required.

  • Be in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.

  • Have water nearby and print your workbook ahead of time. Once you register, you will receive a link to the workbook.

  • Make sure your camera and mic are working for full participation in the interactive part. You're going to love it!
     

Meet Your Facilitators

Laura Haraka, SEP, MA

My name is Laura Haraka, and I’m not only a mother of two amazing daughters, but also a woman who has walked the difficult path of chronic pain and found healing through mind- body tools. After recovering from chronic pain I wanted to help others find a path to healing.

I am a certified mind-body practitioner, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and well-being. I now help women and men transform their lives and live a life free of chronic symptoms. As the owner of Feel to Heal Wellness I now help women and men transform their lives and live a life free of chronic symptoms.

Through transformative practices like somatic experiencing and breathwork, I empowers individuals to find balance and joy. From leading collaborative wellness events to cultivating patience as a tool for healing, her mission is to bridge the gap between mind and body, fostering growth and connection.

Dr. Keneal Segal,

I am Dr. Kenael Segal (she/her), a Jamaican born human being currently living in New Jersey with my family. I am a yoga and meditation teacher, Pilates instructor, physical therapist, and mind-body expert.

As the owner of Lotus Physical Therapy and Wellness, a pelvic floor clinic and wellness studio located in Northern NJ, I empower women with knowledge and skills to not just recover from physical limitations and dysfunction, but to heal and thrive in their bodies. 

I have a deep love for the body, movement, and healing. Inspired by the natural flow of the Universe, I look to nature for guidance. This journey of life has led me to develop programs and offerings that cultivate balance in the body and equanimity of the spirit. 

As a highly sensitive and introverted individual with a passion for teaching and learning, I help individuals heal their mind, body and spirit through the mindful movement of yoga, meditation, and daily self care rituals and routines. My teachings are for those who want to connect to their body and intuition while experiencing freedom from the pressures of society.
